Hobart Lanes League Standings – Week 8
HOBART, OHIO – The Proctor County Winter Bowling League reached its midpoint this week at Hobart Lanes, with the Spare Parts holding a two-game lead over the Gutter Committee heading into the second half of the season.
The Spare Parts, anchored by longtime bowler Ray Doolin, have posted the league’s highest single-game score of the season at 247. The Gutter Committee, sponsored by Proctor County Chiropractic, has won six of eight weeks but trails on total pin count.
In other action, the Midnight Frames team forfeited their Tuesday slot after three members arrived on the wrong night for the second time this month. League coordinator Bev Prater said the schedule has been laminated and distributed again.
